• Licensed by the State of Texas since 5/3/2011
• Certified as a Medical Massage Practitioner in April 2015
• I am constantly looking to expand my knowledge of techniques and modalities by attending classes and reading articles pertaining to my field.

I began studying massage therapy because of my genuine desire to reach out and help people and my community. I am continually amazed by the power and effectiveness of therapeutic massage, and I find it extremely satisfying when I am able to substantially improve the way someone feels without them having to resort to medication or surgery. I welcome clients of all ages, races, genders, and body shapes -- everyone deserves to experience the benefits of massage!

I have lived in Lampasas for over 20 years, and I am active in promoting art and culture here through LAFTA (Lampasas Association for the Arts) and Vision Lampasas! I contribute to local charities through Town and Country Study Club, and have worked with both of our local animal shelters. I taught in public schools for over 10 years in an effort to contribute to the development of our youth. I see massage as one more way I can help my community, and I am committed to educating the public on the benefits of massage therapy.

Massage therapy is complimentary to chiropractic and modern medical practices, and should be considered part of a balanced, proactive approach to healthcare.
