Hours and Scheduling Appointments

In 2013 we remodeled our home to feature a massage suite with its own entrance, a waiting room, a warm, spacious treatment room, a dedicated client bathroom, and a koi pond with a small waterfall and seating area outside of the entrance.  I am pleased to be seeing clients in this quiet, professional setting on the west side of Lampasas, TX near Kline Whitis Elementary School.

Appointments are available Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. I also generally work 1 or 2 Saturdays a month.

At this time, my schedule is about 80% full with standing appointments, and I do give preference to existing clients, so please be flexible and patient with me if you are attempting to schedule a "new client" appointment.  I do have some open time slots and occasional cancelations, so please go ahead and reach out to me to see if our schedules line up!  If not, I keep a waiting list, and I will try to get you in as soon as possible.

First-time new clients should arrive 10 minutes early to fill out new client forms and discuss preferences. This ensures that the paperwork will not cut into your session time.

Returning clients should arrive 5 minutes early in order to discuss therapy goals before the session begins.

Reminders
Although I usually send an appointment reminder the day before or morning of our appointment, please don't depend on this because it is not guaranteed... Please keep track of your appointment and add it to your calendar.  If you do not receive a reminder, please text me to make sure that one of us has not gotten mixed up on the day or time!  Although I am very conscientious and have been able to keep my scheduling mistakes few and far between, things do occasionally get mixed up.  Please help us both by double-checking and notifying me if you do not receive a reminder or the reminder has a day or time that is different from what you have down!

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required (although 48 hours is preferred!) when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment and helps me keep my schedule full. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without notifying me, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.  

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Returned Checks
Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.
