Each session is tailored to the individual client in regard to pressure, intensity, and areas covered, and the client may adjust any aspect of the massage during the session to better meet his or her wishes.

(My Relaxation Massage consists of flowing, light to medium pressure strokes and gentle stretches designed to reduce tension and stress and leave the body and mind feeling relaxed and rested.)

(My "Integrated Signature Massage" is my most popular massage. It is a blend of relaxation, gentle deep-tissue, trigger point, active release, PNF, and other neuromuscular, myofascial, and stretching techniques that provide a smooth, relaxing experience with all the healing of deep-tissue work but without the jabbing or intensity that is sometimes associated with aggressive deep-tissue techniques. Clients may request that problem areas receive extra attention. I recommend you choose the 90 minute session for the ultimate massage experience!)

 

Deep Tissue Massage......................................$55 / 30 min..........$85 / 60 min..........$110 / 90 min.

(A Deep Tissue Massage usually involves deeper and more intense pressure to produce significant change in stubborn tissues and chronic problems; however, working deeply does not have to be excessively painful. All deep tissue sessions will begin with medium pressure and then increase gradually according to client wishes. All deep-tissue work must include open communication between the therapist and client during the entire session.)

 

Hot Stone Massage..........................................$120 / 60 minutes..........$150 / 90 minutes

(Variously sized hot stones are first placed in key positions on the body to warm and soften tissues and then used in gentle flowing massage strokes to relax the body, mind, and spirit. I must have at least 24 hrs. notice to be able to prepare the stones.)

 

Medical/Orthopedic/Sports Massage..............$40 / 15 min......$55 / 30 min......$70 / 45 min......$85 / 1 hr

(Techniques will vary from person to person, depending on their needs. It is a targeted, vigorous and energizing session that is focused on specific muscle groups or injuries as opposed to a whole body treatment. I have a broad base of knowledge to draw from that includes the following techniques: petrissage, active release, trigger point, reciprocal inhibition, cross-fiber and long-fiber release, strain/counterstrain, active, passive and PNF stretches, and myofascial release.)
